Cook Banza pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse and set aside. Make vinaigrette by combining cottage cheese, mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, scallions, and dill in a blender until smooth. Add pasta, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and desired amount of the vinaigrette to a large bowl and toss to combine. Garnish with fresh scallions and dill and serve. Note: if making in advance wait to toss in the bacon and lettuce until you are ready to serve.
