These king cake cinnamon rolls start with store-bought Cinnamon rolls and get turned into the cutest mini king cakes you can enjoy all Mardi Gras season long!

Simply unroll the cinnamon roll, cut it in half lengthwise and then twist and roll into a circle to make a king cake shape pinching ends together. Bake according to package directions. After the cakes come out of the oven, add extra powdered sugar and milk to the store-bought icing (included with the cinnamon rolls) and mix well. Spread the icing over the warm cakes and then sprinkle with purple, gold, and green sprinkles!
