These Valentine Pop Tarts are an easy and fun semi-homemade treat to make with kids. Simply use puff pastry cut into heart shapes, filled with strawberry jam, brushed with an egg wash, and topped with pink icing and sprinkles.

Simply take puff pastry, cut out heart shapes. Fill one heart shape with strawberry jam, then place another heart puff pastry on top and seal the edges. Brush with an egg wash. Bake according to puff pastry package directions (typically around 15-20 minutes at 400°F/200°C) until golden brown. Once cooled, make a powdered sugar icing by mixing powdered sugar with a little water or milk until desired consistency, and color with pink or red food coloring. Drizzle or spread the icing over the baked pop tarts and then sprinkle with sprinkles.
