Sunday brunch requirements: Rosemary Grapefruit Mimosas made with Zevia grapefruit and of course champagne! A refreshing and elegant cocktail perfect for brunch.

Combine 1 can of Zevia Grapefruit in a small saucepan with 2 sprigs of rosemary and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Strain and chill. In champagne flutes, add 1 Tsp. of the Rosemary grapefruit reduction, a little grapefruit juice (add more or less depending on preference). Fill the glass half of the way up with Zevia Grapefruit and then top off the rest of the way with champagne. Garnish with grapefruit slices and extra rosemary sprigs for aroma. Serve immediately.
