Leigh Ann here with @mydiaryofus, and today I’m sharing a delicious way to get your kiddos to enjoy salmon for #orangeweek! 🙌🧡 These crispy salmon fish sticks and orange dipping sauce are going to become simply irresistible for your whole family and you will love that crispy crust on the outside!🧡 You can totally do these in the air fryer or bake them instead, but I prefer shallow frying them to get the ultimate crispy salmon!

In 3 separate bowls, add flour, Panko, and eggs. Season with Salt and Pepper. Dredge your salmon in flour first, shake off excess, dip into egg mixture, and then into the Panko bread crumbs. Repeat until all salmon sticks have been coated thoroughly. Heat oil in a large skillet (preferably cast iron) and heat over medium high heat. (Oil is ready when a wooden spoon end can be inserted and little bubbles form around the spoon end.) Add salmon sticks into two batches so you don’t overcrowd and cook for 2 minutes per side until all sides of the salmon sticks are crispy. Remove onto a paper towel lined baking sheet and sprinkle with a little extra salt while they are hot out of the oil. In the meantime making the dipping sauce by adding all ingredients to a bowl and whisking until smooth. Serve the fish sticks alongside the dipping sauce with desired sides! Serve immediately.
