Add cut up biscuits to a greased baking dish and then mix together heavy cream, pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt and pour over the biscuits. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes until biscuits are cooked through and bubbly and brown. Make icing by whisking together powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla. Top the casserole with icing and serve!
