Simply preheat your oven to 425°F. Pat your turkey breast dry with paper towels. Season liberally with salt and pepper underneath the skin, on top of the skin, and underneath getting the bones as well (don’t be shy). Drizzle a little oil right on top to coat. Place into a bread pan so that it will stand upright in the oven and bake for up to two hours until the internal temperature is 165°F. Let rest for 20-30 minutes before slicing. Note: feel free to add any other herbs and spices that you like!
