Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine chicken, garlic, ginger, green onion, oyster sauce, panko bread crumbs, and egg and combine with hands and form into 1 inch meatballs. Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until meatballs are cooked through. Toss with extra oyster sauce and serve over rice or with veggies.
