Season the ground turkey meat with Greek seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form the seasoned turkey into a ball. Place the turkey ball on a hot skillet and smash it flat with a pita bread on top. Cook until the turkey burger is thoroughly cooked through. Once cooked, slather a generous amount of tzatziki onto the burger and pita. Top with fresh lettuce, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, feta cheese, and pepperoncinis. Finish with an additional dollop of tzatziki on top.
