Grill chicken thighs until almost done. Remove from grill. Apply a generous amount of pasta sauce on top, then layer with turkey pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Place under broiler for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is nice and bubbly. Alternatively, chicken can be cooked in a skillet or oven instead of grilled.
