Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined. Mix sugar and lime zest together on a plate. Rub a lime wedge around edge of glass and then place into the sugar and lime zest to create a rim. Fill glass with crushed ice and then pour the cocktail over the ice. Garnish with a pineapple leaf, pineapple wedge, extra herbs, and a jalapeno. Serve immediately.
