Take a heart cookie cutter and cut out a heart in your bread. Simply heat a griddle over medium heat and add a pat of butter and spread around the griddle. Add both parts of the heart toast to the pan and toast on one side and then flip to the other when brown. Add a more butter to the heart hole and then crack one egg inside carefully and season with salt and pepper. Let the egg cook through until whites are cooked. You can flip them over if you or your kiddo prefers more well done yoke. Serve with heart shaped berries by using a knife to shape the strawberries after they have been cut in half. Sprinkle with fresh chives or parsley if desired and serve immediately.
