Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add chicken, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic, green onions, egg, and panko bread crumbs in a bowl and mix until just combined. Form into 1” balls and place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Toss with extra oyster sauce and serve over rice or with veggies.
