Use a heart cookie cutter to cut a heart out of both pieces of toast. Toast both the main toast pieces and the heart cut-outs in a skillet. Crack an egg right into the heart-shaped hole in the toast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately. For a well-done yolk, simply flip your toast over and cook the egg on the other side until desired doneness.
