A delicious roasted goat cheese dip made with Roth Cheese's Garlic Herb Chèvre, seasoned and baked in a pie pumpkin half. Perfect for an autumn cheese board or entertaining.

Cut a pie pumpkin in half and scoop out the seeds. Season the inside of the pumpkin with a 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, and 1 tbsp. of olive oil and rub until inside is coated and seasoned. Mix 3, room temperature 4 oz logs of Roth Cheese Garlic Herb Chèvre goat cheese with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, and 1 tablespoon of honey until smooth. Spoon into the middle of the pumpkin half and roast at 375 for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers or a sliced baguette.
