1. Spray the salmon with olive oil or avocado oil spray to prevent sticking. You can also use actual oil here. 2. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and Old Bay Seasoning. 3. Preheat grill to medium high heat. 4. Add salmon skin side down and close the lid and cook for 5-6 minutes on the first side. 5. Carefully flip the whole filet, or individual pieces of salmon (using a spatula and tongs to ensure that it doesn’t break) and then cook for another 5-6 minutes on the second side with the lid closed. 6. Remove from the grill, finish with honey, and serve.
