The easiest healthy lunch or dinner sheet pan meal! Salmon and asparagus are cooked together in the oven with olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh lemon for a quick and simple meal.

Simply put the asparagus and salmon on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil on asparagus and season both the salmon and asparagus with salt and pepper. Place the baking sheet into a 425°F oven and cook for 10-12 minutes. Squeeze some fresh lemon over the cooked salmon and asparagus before serving. Dinner is done in approximately 15 minutes!
