Instructions
-Make date caramel by boiling dates until soft and then adding them to a food processor with a pinch of salt and vanilla. Process until smooth and set aside. -Slice apples into rounds and carefully make a slit in the bottom of each apple slice. Place a Popsicle stick into each slit and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet. -Spread a thin layer of date caramel onto each apple and then coat with melted chocolate or white chocolate and place back onto the baking sheet. -Decorate how you wish and then refrigerate until chocolate has hardened.
