Two simple methods for cooking fish: pan-searing and baking/roasting in the oven. Suitable for any white flaky fish like cod, haddock, halibut, or salmon.

Method 1, Pan Searing: 1. Simply pat your fish dry and season as desired. 2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil and butter. 3. Add fish and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, only flipping once, until fish is cooked through. 4. Squeeze fresh lemon and add fresh herbs if desired. Method 2, Baked/Roasted in Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Simply pat fish dry and season as desired. 3. Place into the oven on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 10-12 minutes until fish is cooked through. 4. Squeeze fresh lemon and add fresh herbs if desired. Note: These methods work for any white flaky fish (cod, haddock, halibut, etc.) or salmon.
