Boozy Banana Root Beer Float

Every Monday should include a Boozy Banana Root Beer Float, don't you think? This recipe, created in partnership with @zevia, makes the ultimate adult float with a banana cinnamon nice cream (no sugar added) and Zevia ginger root beer. It can also be made without vodka for a family-friendly treat.

tsp ground cinnamon

cup non-dairy milk

Instructions
Make Banana Ice Cream by combining frozen bananas, vanilla, milk, cinnamon, and salt in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy like a soft serve consistency. Place into the freezer for 30 minutes to harden slightly. When ice cream is frozen slightly, scoop two scoops into two glasses. Add 1 oz of vodka to each glass and then top off with Zevia Ginger Root Beer. Stir slightly and sprinkle with extra cinnamon. Serve Immediately.
