The perfect dessert cocktail made with pumpkin “nice cream” and cream soda, ideal for using leftover pumpkin purée from Thanksgiving.

What you need

tsp vanilla extract

tsp cinnamon

cup cashew milk

cup pumpkin puree

banana

can cream soda
Instructions
Make pumpkin nice cream by combining frozen bananas, pumpkin puree, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon into a food processor or high powered blender and processing until smooth. Freeze for 2-3 hours. After the pumpkin nice cream is frozen, pour 1 oz of rum or bourbon into the bottom of glasses. Add two scoops of pumpkin nice cream and then top off with @zevia Cream Soda. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon and serve immediately.View original recipe
