What you need

lb ground chicken

clove garlic clove

tbsp soy sauce

cup panko breadcrumbs

tbsp fresh ginger

tsp table salt

tbsp oyster sauce

cup green onion
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ground chicken, ginger, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper into a bowl and mix until just combined. Form into 1” balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Add the meatballs while hot to a large bowl and add extra oyster sauce and toss to coat. Serve over rice with extra green onions and enjoy!View original recipe
