Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ground chicken, ginger, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper into a bowl and mix until just combined. Form into 1” balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Add the meatballs while hot to a large bowl and add extra oyster sauce and toss to coat. Serve over rice with extra green onions and enjoy!
