Easy Chinese Chicken Salad

These Chinese chicken salads are one of my favorite go-to salads if I am out at a restaurant, and the good news is you can make them at home even better and healthier! The combination of the crunchy textures, chicken, sweet oranges, and a delicious orange ginger garlic vinaigrette is going to have your taste buds doing a happy dance!

What you need

fl oz oyster sauce

head cabbage

pepper

bunch green onion

almond
chicken breast

cucumber

clove garlic clove

ramen noodles

tsp sesame oil

tbsp rice wine vinegar

tbsp honey

fl oz soy sauce

tbsp fresh ginger

tbsp orange juice

mandarin orange segments

tsp sesame seed

tbsp avocado oil

bunch carrot
Instructions
To prepare the chicken, cook chicken breasts in the oven with a little soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper until done, then shred. Alternatively, use a rotisserie chicken. For the dressing, mix together the toasted sesame oil, avocado oil, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, orange juice, grated ginger, grated garlic clove, sesame seeds, and honey. Combine the shredded chicken, romaine lettuce, cabbage, shredded carrots, cucumbers, green onions, broken up uncooked ramen noodles, almonds, and mandarin orange slices in a large bowl.
