What you need
salsa

red onion

tsp kosher salt

tsp oregano

tsp paprika

lb ground chicken

tbsp ground cumin

tsp black pepper

tbsp avocado oil
lime

clove garlic clove

tbsp avocado

can diced tomatoes with green chilies

flour tortilla

tsp garlic powder

tbsp chili powder

cup water

head lettuce

jalapeno pepper
cup sweet onion
Instructions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add avocado oil. 2. Add in ground chicken and begin to brown, seasoning with salt and pepper. 3. While chicken is browning, add in diced onions and garlic and continue to sauté for another 2-3 minutes. 4. Add in Tomato Love Diced Tomatoes with 2x more Chiles, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, and garlic powder along with the water, and stir to combine. 5. Continue to cook the chicken for another 10-15 minutes with the lid on until the chicken is cooked through. 6. Squeeze fresh lime juice over top and stir. 7. Char tortillas and serve with ground chicken taco meat and desired toppings. 8. Serve immediately.View original recipe
