What you need

head iceberg lettuce

pepperoncini peppers

tbsp olive oil
tsp dried oregano
tbsp mayonnaise
oz provolone

tsp black pepper
tsp red chili flakes
cup red wine vinegar

tsp kosher salt
ciabatta buns

slice tomato

oz salami
Instructions
1. Make the salad mix by combining iceberg lettuce, red onion, pepperoncini peppers, red wine vinegar, olive oil, 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise, oregano, kosher salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes in a bowl and toss to combine. 2. Cut the ciabatta bun in half lengthwise. 3. Spread mayonnaise on both cut halves of the bread. 4. Layer the Italian meats, sliced tomatoes, the prepared salad mix, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the bread. 5. Place the top half of the bread on top. 6.
