Frittata with Leftover Pizza Toppings

Happy Sunday y’all, this morning I made a frittata with leftover pizza toppings and man was it good! Thinking I need to make this an official recipe, but in the meantime here’s a rough recipe and how to!☕️🍳🌿

What you need

tsp red pepper flake

tsp salt

bunch fresh basil

onion

italian sausage

oz cheese

pepper
mushrooms

splash milk

egg
Instructions
Sauté meat and veggies and add basil and Italian seasoning. Add beaten eggs with milk and cheese, seasoned with salt and pepper, to the same pan you cooked veggies in (unless not oven proof). Then sprinkle with more cheese and bake at 350°F until eggs have cooked through. Sprinkle fresh basil and red pepper flake and serve.View original recipe
