Make these cute mini twice baked potatoes for all of your upcoming big games! They are absolutely delicious and adorable too! Feel free to customize them with whatever your favorite potato toppings are!

What you need

tbsp fresh chives

tbsp butter

oz bacon bits

tsp kosher salt

tbsp olive oil

tsp black pepper

cup heavy cream

yukon gold
Instructions
Rub the potatoes with olive oil and salt and poke holes in them and roast for 45 minutes or until tender at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove from oven, gently slice in half and remove the inside of potato. Combine the potatoes with milk, butter, cheese, salt, and pepper and green onions. Carefully place the filling back into the potato skins and top with more cheese and bacon and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until cheese has melted.
