What you need

english muffin

tbsp ketchup

slice bacon

tsp black pepper
lb lean ground beef

slice cheddar cheese

tbsp worcestershire sauce

cup arugula

tbsp dijon mustard

tbsp mayonnaise

tsp steak seasoning

egg
Instructions
Preheat grill to 425 degrees or medium high heat. Add Laura's Lean ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix until just combined. Form burgers by dividing seasoned meat into 4 even sections and then make the patty and make sure to create a well in the middle of the burger for even cooking. Place on the grill, close lid, for 5-6 per side until burger is almost cooked through. Add cheese and reduce heat and slowly melt the cheese. While cheese melts, toast your english muffins on the grill for 1-2 minutes. Mix ketchup, dijon, and mayo together to make the sauce. To assemble spread some of the sauce on english muffin halves, layer arugula, bacon, the burger, and then top with a fried egg. Serve immediately. Note: For meal prepping, simply double this recipe and wait to add egg until ready to eat or cook them and keep them separate.View original recipe
