Grilled Peach and Cherry Flatbreads with Basil Ricotta

Say hello to your new favorite summer recipe! I partnered with @toufayan to create these Grilled Peach and Cherry Flatbreads with Basil Ricotta and they are seriously so delicious and couldn’t be easier to whip up for easy lunches or a light dinner!

What you need

cup ricotta cheese

slice prosciutto

cup sweet cherries

cup fresh basil

tsp olive oil

wheat flatbreads

tsp pepper

Instructions
-Drizzle olive oil over peaches and toss gently to coat. -Preheat grill to medium heat. -Add peaches to the grill along with the flatbreads. -Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until the flatbreads are toasted and the peaches have grill marks. -Make ricotta spread by combining ricotta, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and stirring until smooth. -Bake prosciutto in the oven at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes until just crisp. -Layer ricotta spread on top of each flatbread and then top with peaches, cherries, crumbled prosciutto, and more fresh basil. -Drizzle with honey and give another crack of pepper and sprinkle of sea salt. -Serve immediately.View original recipe
