What you need

bunch green beans

Instructions
1. Season your chosen vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper. You can also add other seasonings if you want to experiment. 2. Place the seasoned veggies in a single layer onto a medium-high heat grill. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables begin to get tender and develop a nice char. 3. Move the vegetables around if needed and adjust cook time based on the type of vegetable and how it is sliced. 4. Serve the grilled veggies as is, perhaps with a delicious protein, or use them to make pastas, frittatas, and more! Note: For smaller veggies that might fall through the grates, consider using a vegetable basket on the grill. For harder vegetables like potatoes, pre-boiling may be required.View original recipe
