What you need

oz blue cheese

oz feta

oz cottage cheese
tbsp italian seasoning
fl oz red wine vinegar
bunch fresh dill
bunch mixed greens

Instructions
1. Start with a base of Romaine lettuce and/or mixed greens in a large mixing bowl. 2. Add your choice of protein, such as chicken, boiled eggs, lunch meat, tuna, chickpeas, black beans, white beans, and/or cottage cheese. 3. Incorporate your favorite veggies like onion, bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, radishes, or snap peas. 4. Drizzle with a vinaigrette, typically red wine vinegar and olive oil, or any other dressing you prefer. 5. Add fresh herbs like dill and micro greens if you have them. 6. Season the salad with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. 7. For an extra kick, add pepperoncinis and a sprinkle of blue cheese or feta.
