1. Fill a saucepan with a couple of inches of water and bring to a boil. 2. Add eggs gently to the pan and reduce heat to a simmer and cover. 3. Set a timer for 8 1/2 minutes and then drain your hot water. 4. In the same pot, run cold water in the pot over the eggs for a minute or so. 5. Gently begin to crack each egg on a hard surface and the start to peel your eggs. The shell should come right off! Note: Reduce the amount of time for a runnier yoke, and add more if you prefer a more done yolk.View original recipe
