An easy, no sugar added Piña Colada recipe made with frozen pineapple, full-fat coconut milk, Zevia cream soda, lime juice, and optional rum. Perfect for National Piña Colada Day and serving in a hollowed-out pineapple.

What you need
cup full-fat coconut milk

tbsp lime juice

cup rum

cup cream soda
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. Note: For serving in a pineapple, simply cut off the top of the pineapple, run knife right around the inside of pineapple in a circular motion. Slice the pineapple meat diagonally into cross and then scoop out the meat. Be careful not to cut the bottom of the pineapple so you don’t have any leaks.View original recipe
