1. Simple bring about 2-3 inches of water to a boil in a saucepan. 2. Add eggs to the water after it’s boiling (they will only be about 1/2-3/4 of the way submerged) and then place the lid on. 3. Set your timer for 9 1/2 minutes for eggs with firm centers. For a perfectly jammy center, 7 1/2 minutes usually does the trick. 4. Once they are cooked, drain off hot water and cover the eggs with cold water (even add a few ice cubes) and then peel gently under cold running water. 5. You can play around with the amount of minutes that is your favorite, but this method is a good one to try out if you have struggled with boiled eggs in the past!View original recipe
