What you need

fl oz lemon juice

cup mayonnaise

cup cottage cheese

tsp garlic powder

box cavatappi pasta

tsp black pepper

cup cherry tomato

cup romaine lettuce

tsp kosher salt

slice bacon

tbsp scallion greens
Instructions
Cook Banza pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse and set aside. Make vinaigrette by combining cottage cheese, mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, scallions, and dill in a blender until smooth. Add pasta, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and desired amount of the vinaigrette to a large bowl and toss to combine. Garnish with fresh scallions and dill and serve.
