tbsp maple syrup

tbsp fresh rosemary

tbsp avocado oil

tsp kosher salt

cup carrot
Instructions
Boil carrots for 3-4 minutes until just starting to become tender and then drain. Heat oil in a large skillet and add rosemary to infuse the oil for 1-2 minutes. Add carrots, season with salt and pepper and sauté for 5-6 minutes util carrots start to caramelize slightly. The last minute of cooking add maple syrup and stir to coat thoroughly.
