Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix peach, cinnamon, cornstarch, brown sugar, vanilla and salt in a bowl and mix to combine. Add to a small ramekin or single serving skillet. Meanwhile, mix together flour, brown sugar, almonds, and melted butter and stir until consistency of wet sand. Add crumble to the top of the peaches and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden and peaches are bubbly. Add vanilla ice cream and serve warm.View original recipe
