What you need

tbsp Hot Honey

tsp black pepper

tsp table salt

tbsp butter

cup brussel sprouts

oz smoked ham
Instructions
Slice Ham into cubes and slice Brussel sprouts in half lengthwise. Heat a skillet over medium high heat and add olive oil along with the ham and cook until the ham has browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the ham and add the butter to the pan along with the Brussel sprouts stirring to coat with the butter. Spread into a single layer and don’t flip or stir until they have browned on the bottoms. At this time flip the Brussel sprouts and add the ham back into the skillet. Toss to combine and finish off with hot honey and give one more toss.
