Instructions
Season the ground turkey meat with Greek seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form the seasoned turkey into a ball. Place the turkey ball on a hot skillet and smash it flat with a pita bread on top. Cook until the turkey burger is thoroughly cooked through. Once cooked, slather a generous amount of tzatziki onto the burger and pita.
