Cut Rice Krispie treats into desired shapes. Carefully place a popsicle stick or lollipop stick inside each cut treat. Melt white chocolate (and color it with food colors if desired) or melt regular chocolate. Dip the Rice Krispie treats into the melted chocolate to coat.
