Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl and whisk to combine. In another large bowl add egg, @vnllaextractco vanilla extract, milk, and oil and whisk to combine. Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients and then whisk until smooth. Fold in diced strawberries and portion out into 12 lined muffin tins. Bake for 18-22 minutes until muffins are done.View original recipe
