What you need

tsp ground black pepper

tsp kosher salt

tsp granulated sugar

cup mayonnaise
cup plain greek yogurt

cup snow peas

cup shredded cheddar

lean bacon

onion
egg

cup cucumber

cup grape tomato

cup baby spinach

butterhead lettuce
Instructions
Make the dressing by combining Greek Yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper, and fresh dill. Whisk to combine and chill until ready to assemble salad. Layer iceberg lettuce and spinach in the bottom of a large glass bowl. Next layer tomatoes, cucumbers, eggs, green onions, and peas in single layers on top of the lettuces. Take the yogurt dill dressing and spread an even layer on top of the peas. Finally sprinkle cheddar cheese and bacon on top of the dressing and garnish with extra dill and green onions. Refrigerate for up to the night before or serve immediately.View original recipe
