What you need

cup fresh basil

tbsp olive oil
cup apple cider vinegar

tsp black pepper

tsp honey
tsp salt

burrata

cup canned diced tomatoes

clove garlic clove
cup brown sugar
Instructions
Make tomato jam by combining ingredients (chopped tomatoes, brown sugar, honey, apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil) into a saucepan and cooking down for about 20-30 minutes until tomatoes burst and sauce thickens. Chill thoroughly. Make the basil oil by pureeing the basil with 0.25 cup olive oil, 0.25 tsp salt, and 1 garlic clove until smooth. To serve, place a generous amount of tomato jam in the bottom of a bowl, add burrata in the center, and then drizzle with basil oil. Serve with crusty bread and enjoy!View original recipe
