Veggie Bacon Egg Muffins

Made a batch of veggie bacon egg muffins for the week for an easy breakfast. They are also great for lunchboxes!

What you need

bell pepper

tsp seasoned salt

onion

oz cheese

oz bacon

splash milk
egg
Instructions
Mix 12 eggs, a splash of milk, seasoned salt, and cheese in a bowl. In a separate pan, sauté bell pepper, onion, and spinach. Once cooked, add the cooked bacon to the sautéed vegetables. Combine the egg mixture with the sautéed vegetables and bacon. Pour the mixture into silicone muffin liners. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes.View original recipe
