Instructions
Add shrimp to a large bowl along with olive oil and seasonings and toss to coat. Preheat grill to 400 degrees. Skewer shrimp onto skewers. Place shrimp skewers onto direct heat and cook for 2-3 minutes on the first side, and then flip and cook another 2 minutes on the second side until shrimp are just opaque and cooked through. Remove from the grill and squeeze fresh lemon juice over top if desired. Serve immediately.View original recipe
