What you need
tbsp lemon

tsp anchovy paste

tsp worcestershire sauce

tbsp white vinegar

tbsp dijon mustard

tbsp mayonnaise

cup parmesan cheese

tbsp avocado oil

tsp ground black pepper

tsp kosher salt

tsp sumac
egg

avocado

oz chickpea

romaine lettuce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss chickpeas with avocado oil, sumac, salt and pepper and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and just crispy on the outside. While chickpeas roast, mix together dressing ingredients in a food processor until smooth. You can also whisk by hand but be sure to mince garlic very well beforehand. Chop romaine lettuce and then top with parmesan cheese, eggs, sliced avocado, and chickpeas and then drizzle Caesar dressing over top. Serve immediately.View original recipe
