can pizza sauce

butter

pepperoni

clove garlic clove

tsp fresh parsley

puff pastry
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and let puff pastry sit at room temp for 15 min. Lightly flour a surface and lay puff pastry on it and lightly roll out to create a rectangle. On the bottom half of the puff pastry brush pizza sauce lightly going halfway up the dough. Layer pepperonis on top of the sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Don’t overstuff because it makes it harder to twist candy canes. Fold the top half of the puff pastry on the filling side and press to seal. Take a pizza cutter and make 1 inch strips. Twist the pastry into candy cane shapes and place onto a baking sheet. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley in a small container and then lightly brush the candy canes. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with extra sauce on the side.View original recipe
