Ground Beef Breakfast Tacos

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why not make it extra delicious with some Ground Beef Breakfast Tacos made using Laura's Lean ground beef to take them up a notch! Breakfast tacos are a tradition on the weekends at my house and adding Laura’s Lean ground beef into the mix made them even more delicious and nutritious!

What you need
salsa

bunch cilantro

bunch green onion

tsp pepper

tsp table salt

tbsp taco seasoning
lb lean ground beef

tbsp olive oil

cup shredded cheese

tortilla

egg
cup sweet onion
Instructions
-Heat oil in a large skillet and add diced onions and season with salt and pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes. -Add Laura’s Lean ground beef and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, breaking up meat. -Add in taco seasoning at this time and cook another 3-4 minutes. -Remove the beef from the skillet and whisk eggs in a bowl. Add to the same skillet as the meat was in and soft scramble and then add in cheese and stir to melt. -Char tortillas on gas flame or on a skillet and fill with taco seasoned Laura’s Lean ground beef and cheesy scrambled eggs. -Top with avocado, green onions, cilantro, and salsa and serve immediately.View original recipe
