I think we could all use a little luck of the Irish right about now, so I made you a yummy cocktail to enjoy while you are at home this weekend! ๐ My Mint Guinness Cream Soda tastes like a cross between a cocktail and a dessert, and is such a yummy treat for yourself! I used @zevia delicious cream soda (one of my familyโs fave flavors) to make this #sugarfree and super easy too! ๐ #sponsored _ I would even go as far as to say you could totally make a float out of it by pouring it over some ice cream, just sayinโ ๐๐คทโโ๏ธ๐

tbsp nondairy creamer
Heat 0.5 Cup Zevia Cream Soda with mint leaves in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and let sit 10 minutes. Remove mint leaves and then chill completely. In two tall glasses, add 0.25 cup of the mint infused cream soda to each glass. Fill half way with Zevia Cream Soda, and then fill the rest of the way with Guinness Beer.
